sometimes I find your humor frustrating God. like how you took the one thing that I thought a wanted and have shown me that in actuality, it’s the one thing I want to run away from in life at this point. I am watching the sound of music right now. and all i want to do is go running through fields in austria singing songs about yodeling and edelweiss. I feel very inspired to embrace freedom. liberation. cheesiness.

He writes better love stories than I ever could. And not only is He going before me and preparing a way for me, He is drawing me closer to His own heart and captivating me with His unending love. Forever we will delight in one another, caught up in this beautiful exchange. How amazing that all I have to do is surrender? He is blowing my mind these days..

I’ve found myself shaking my head a lot lately. I don’t mean to.. but whenever my thoughts start running too rapidly it just happens. I don’t want to be fighting against God’s plan for my life, which has become increasingly difficult in the last week or so. In that short amount of time I’ve latched on to things I probably shouldn’t have and consequently already...
ten facts.
1) I am an avid follower of an embarrassing number of blogs.
2) I drink two cups of coffee every day.
3) I can trace back my family heritage to exactly the year 1600.
4) I absolutely love driving my minivan.
5) I play the violin. Sort of.
6) I have a new obsession with crocheting.
7) I love going on adventures.. especially roadtrips.
8) I love writing, but for some reason all my stories end...
